Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan with no extra fee. Our courier collects payment when your parcel arrives.

How long does delivery take?

2–3 working days to Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi, and 3–5 working days elsewhere in Pakistan. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Are the products original?

Every item is preloved or surplus stock that we inspect in-store. We publish an honest condition grade and unedited photos of the exact item you'll receive.

What does "1 of 1" mean?

It means we have exactly one piece in that size. Once it sells, it's gone unless we find another.

How do I choose the right size?

Each listing shows the measured size. If you're unsure, message us on WhatsApp with your usual size and we'll help you pick the best fit.

Can I return or exchange an item?
