RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Return eligibility

• Returned within 7 days of delivery
• Item is unworn — no signs of use, no dirt on soles
• Original tags are attached
• Returned in the original packaging if possible

Exchanges

Exchanges are free. If you ordered the wrong size or the item doesn't fit, WhatsApp us within 7 days. We'll arrange a pickup and dispatch the replacement once we receive the return. Exchanges take 3–5 working days from receipt.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your bank account (provided at time of return) or as store credit. Bank refunds take 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect the return. Store credit is issued immediately.

How to return

WhatsApp +92 300 000 0000 with your order ID and the reason for the return. We'll arrange a courier pickup or provide a drop-off address. Do not send items back without confirming with us first.

Non-returnable items

• Items that have been worn, cleaned or altered
• Items without original tags
• Items returned after the 7-day window
• Socks and insoles (hygiene reasons)
